Elizabeth – As ever, you have some great and fascinating links here! I see a few about uses of one’s blog and social network outlets as marketing tools. I go back and forth so much about that. On the one hand, I see the point of doing that of course. It makes sense. On the other, I think authors who do nothing but advertise their work on those social media are making a big mistake too. It’s a tough balance.

Thanks, Margot! I think what you do with your blog comes naturally and gives you exposure–and gives your name higher visibility. And it’s all about visibility these days.

  2. Alex J. CavanaughNovember 2, 2014

Cool, I’ve actually read some of those already!

Alex–You read as many blogs as I do! Where do we find the time? :)

  3. Claude NougatNovember 2, 2014

Fantastic! Do you actually read all this? I’m truly impressed. Where do you find the time to write?

    1. Elizabeth Spann CraigNovember 2, 2014

Claude–I do read them all, but quickly. So…it takes about an hour or so to find and schedule links in the 2,000 or so blogs that I follow. Some of the posts I save to really study later.

  4. Jemi FraserNovember 2, 2014

I think I’ll check out the one about the website check up first! :)

  5. Julie MusilNovember 2, 2014

Elizabeth, thanks for all these great links. Love all the NaNo tips. I’m participating in NaNo for the six year, and it’s fun to see how other writers tackle the challenge.
