That’s a lot of links. Thanks for taking the time to compose them for us. I’ve looked at some of them. One that stands out is “How do objects inform storytelling? http://bit.ly/nLJgPP

Writers would be wise to consider the importance of strategically placing objects in their stories. They can be analogies or well placed clues that pop up later with a significance that jumps off the pages and grabs the readers by the lapels and give them a good shaking.

  2. Margot KinbergSeptember 11, 2011

Elizabeth – I never visit your Twitterific feature without finding at least a few links that are exactly what I’m looking for that day. It really is good of you to do all of this work.
(And thanks for slipping some of my stuff in there…)

  3. Elizabeth Spann Craig/Riley AdamsSeptember 11, 2011

Stephen–I liked that one, too. As a reader, it’s fun to realize that an object we took as ordinary has special meaning or is a symbol.

These are wonderful, I’m honored to be among them. Ah, time for coffee and your Twitterific post, the beginning of a perfect Sunday. :)

  6. Elizabeth Spann Craig/Riley AdamsSeptember 12, 2011

Thanks, everyone, for coming by today! Hope you’ll have a wonderful week. :)

  7. Jenny HansenSeptember 12, 2011

    Elizabeth,

I am always so eager to explore Twitterific each week! It just knocks me out when More Cowbell or Writers In The Storm are included.

Thanks so much for all you do for us writers. I can only imagine how much time you put in, scouring for such wonderful blog posts!
